do it yourself.  It is, therefore, important that you keep track of ALL/ANY email
addresses you use to subscribe. You will need these addresses if you wish to
unsubscribe at some point in the future. 

Help us keep this newslist a FREE service.  To help keep costs down, set
your spam and porn filters and box capacity to
prevent unnecessary bounces.  If your filter rejects us or your box
capacity is too small, emails will be bounced back to us and you
will be automatically unsubscribed.

AUTO REPLY and "OUT OF OFFICE" SETTINGS:
If you have your email options set to send a reply message to acknowledge
receipt of all emails you receive, you will automatically be unsubscribed from
the smartmarriages newslist - these replies are expereinced as bounces. 
With 10,000+  subscribers we cannot manage the receipt
of these acknowledgements for each post to the list!

Same goes for the "out of office" settings - when we receive an "out of office" message
from your email system, it is experienced as a bounce.

If this happens, and you are unsubscribed while you're away, you can resubscribe on the website.
